Returns Policy

Returns may be made for any reason for Refund if you are not completely satisfied.

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt for Intent to Return and receive Return Authorization Number by email at

All Return packages must be shipped out within 10 days from receipt date.

All Returns Must be in original mint condition with All Original Labels (Size label, Price label, Manufacturer’s label, Label of Authenticity, etc.) accompanied by Packing slip and original packaging materials.

We recommend that Buyer use the Same box that the hats arrived in to ship them back.  If that is not possible, all Returns Must be packaged in a cardboard box that is bigger than 8 inches on all sides.  All packages that are smaller than 8 inches will automatically refused.  Any packages that are loose form (Plastic bags, Envelopes, etc.) will not be accepted.

Return shipping cost will be Buyer’s responsibility.  We strongly recommend that all Returns be shipped in methods that can be tracked, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages on their way to us. 

Minimum of 20% restocking fee will be charged on all following types:

              - Refused and Returned Orders

              - Undeliverable and Returned Orders.

              - Unclaimed and Returned Orders.

              - Cancelled Orders after shipment is made.

              - All Unauthorized Returns.

Refunds may take up to 1 – 2 weeks to process, and will only be made thru the Original form of Payment.

All Shipping Costs are Non-refundable.
